A native of west Michigan, Dennis enjoyed a successful career as an environmental geologist for 30 years, and has experience in civil engineering, hydrogeology, environmental restoration, and land use policy. In 2004, he began to apply his vast knowledge and experience to a career in real estate, focusing primarily on equestrian properties, vacant land, rural residential and farms, hunting and recreational properties. Dennis enjoys applying his knowledge of Michigan’s geology, governance, and land use to finding the ideal property for buyers. Geoffrey Cripe joined United Country's staff of Michigan agents in 2015 and brings 11 years of experience as a specialist working with large acreage property owners brokering conveyances, land contracts and conservation instruments. Geoffrey holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Management from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus in urban and regional planning. After several years employed in land use planning, Geoffrey pivoted to a career in land conservation working with landowners to help them protect land and evaluating land from a natural resource perspective. In this capacity, Geoffrey has met with hundreds of large acreage landowners across southern Michigan and has an intimate knowledge of the territory. In recent years, he has focused on listing naturally significant properties to seek buyers in specialized markets and connect parties who share similar values. Martina is a native of England, and grew up in London and the West of
Ireland. She started her career in investment banking, working in a
variety of positions supporting the derivatives business, and later in the
legal department, negotiating documents. Her first job at First National
Bank of Chicago (now JP Morgan), took her to Chicago for five years.
Then, after ten years back in London, dealing with city life and the daily
commute, Martina and her family relocated back to her husband’s
hometown, South Haven, Michigan to raise their young family. They
wanted to settle in a small town with a good sense of community and
South Haven was the perfect place.
The transition to working in real estate was perfect. Martina has always
